SERVICE RECORD:
All of my adult life has been spent in SERVICE; Service to our Savior, Service to our Nation, Service to our Community, and Service to our Constitution.

• Grew up and became a member of the Middletown Christian Church where I currently serve as an Elder.

• 1990-1997: Served in the U.S. Army, Active Duty and Reserve

• 1995-2005: Part-Time Police Officer with Wellsville Police Department

• 1995-Present: Full-Time Deputy Sheriff with Montgomery County

• 1997-Present: Member of Mid-Missouri Major Case Squad

 

EXPERIENCE:
Over the last 25 years, I have served the citizens of Montgomery County as a full-time Deputy Sheriff. During this time I have served in every aspect of the Sheriff's Office, to include:

• 1995-1998: Road Deputy / Jail Officer / Court Service

• 1998-1999: Corporal Road Deputy - Patrol Division Supervisor

• 1999-2005: Sergeant Road Deputy - Patrol Division Supervisor

• 2005-2008: Lieutenant Road Deputy - Patrol Division Supervisor

• 2008-2017: Captain - Patrol / Jail / Court Divisions

(Primary focus: Jail Division, Court Services, and Major Crimes)

• 2017-2020: Chief Deputy (Undersheriff)

• August 4, 2020: Elected Sheriff of Montgomery County

 

My drive for service has not wavered, has not stopped, and the same desire to serve
